Steve and I drove to Arundel after the swim and set off for a 5km run that is a usual route for Friday morning. However after less than a kilometre I had a sharp stab of pain under my left knee, I carried on for a while to see if it would wear off but instead it became more and more painful and so I stopped and walked for a little while before starting again but quickly decided it was not something to try to run through. I asked Steve to carry on with his run but he wanted to make sure that I was ok and so he walked back with me to the car. Sometimes you have to try to be sensible, its hard but you have to try.

Yesterday we drove to Cineworld Chichester to catch an early afternoon showing of Sully: Miracle on the Hudson, with Tom Hanks playing the Airline Pilot Chesley Sullenburger and Aaron Eckhart as his co pilot. The story everybody has heard about and that is so well directed by Clint Eastwood. Even though we all know what happened when that plane flew into a flock of geese, it still has you on the edge of your seat showing the very short time span of the incident just after take off. The enquiry is something we have not heard so much about and that is very thoroughly covered in this movie.

We were so impressed with Tom Hanks, who has you forgetting that he is an actor as he plays that very experienced air line pilot who does his job so brilliantly saving the lives of all 155 people on board that flight. I see Oscars on the horizon.
