Where there’s a will there’s a way

We all have those days when we have started something and wish we had not and then find that it is too late to turn back.  Sometimes you just have to knuckle down and get on with it and other  times you can chip away bit by bit and get there in the end  with out bursting a blood vessel. Some tasks may take a little more thought than others.

The Journey

Traveling through life
Holds some joy and some strife
Not always a straight forward road,
And only you to carry the load.

Sometimes the path leads to a dead end
Times when you can’t see around the bend
And heavy doors that are locked fast
Pass through one to find it’s not the last
Each just as big and strong
How did it all go so very wrong?

Climbing one hurdle after another
Feelings of frustration smother.
Times when you need a friend
Hope the bad times will soon be at an end.
Keep moving forward on and on,
And on and on and on and on.

The day will come when you will say
I wish I’d taken an easier way
Eventually things are plain to see
That brains, not brute force, are the key.

When you can't see the woods for the trees.
